When I try to register the Glue Smart Lock, the app says that it is already registered.

You can only register a Glue Smart Lock once. Check if the Glue Smart Lock is registered to someone else. If it is, the owner or a key manager will be able to invite you and give you access to use the Glue Smart Lock.
