When I try to register my Glue Smart Lock, the app says the lock is already in use. What do I do?

A registered Glue Smart Lock can not be registered again unless the previous Glue lock owner unregisters the lock first.

Check if someone else has registered the lock. If so, then the owner of the Glue lock can invite you and give you access to the Glue lock.

Otherwise, unmount the lock and contact support (+46 10 888 6868 or support@gluehome.com) and we will assist you.
