If you have your hub connected to your 3rd gen Glue lock but you don’t receive Door Alerts, please check your notification settings in the app under “Manage notifications”.
If you do have Door Alert notifications activated but still don’t get them, please try to follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Unplug your hub and plug it back in, if that doesn’t work;
- Re-calibrate your lock by going to “Manage Locks & Properties”, click on your lock and then on “Calibrate Lock”. If that doesn’t work please get in touch with us and we will help you.
