If you have your hub connected to your 3rd gen Glue lock but your lock status is incorrect, or your app is stuck on “Updating status”, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Unplug your hub and plug it back in, if that doesn’t work;
- Make sure bluetooth is active on your phone and unlock/lock via the app while you are close to your door, if that doesn’t work;
- Re-calibrate your lock by going to “Manage Locks & Properties”, click on your lock and then on “Calibrate Lock”. If that doesn’t work please get in touch with us and we will help you.
