If your guest/you as a guest can't unlock via the Glue app, please try the following:
- Remove the guest's key and invite the guest again
- The guest can uninstall and re-install the app, and make sure that Bluetooth is activated
- If it still doesn't work, the owner can unlock the lock remotely via the app if your hub is installed, and then please contact customer support by clicking here, so we can help you forward.
