All iOS and Android mobile devices, with the exception of some Huawei phones (see below) that support Bluetooth 4.0 can lock and unlock the Glue Smart Lock from a distance up to 15 meters. With the optional Glue Wi-Fi Hub installed, you can operate your door from anywhere in the world.
The following phones are not compatible with the Glue app: Huawei P40 and P40 Pro, Mate 30 series, Mate Xs and Honor 30 series.
This is due to the American government not allowing google to work with Huawei. Please find more information here.
